We take pride in sharing that FRAC has also been appointed as a Training Partner for FoSTaC by FSSAI and thrives to provide you with all the services related to your product quality. Training of personnel in food businesses is a pre-requisite for ensuring food safety and hygiene. For this, the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006 prescribes that the Food Authority shall, “provide whether within or outside their area, training programmes in food safety and standards for persons who are or intend to become involved in food businesses, whether as food business operators or employees or otherwise”. For the initiatives under “Safe and Nutritious Food (SNF)- A shared responsibility”, health and wellness coordinators, who would be required to bring about social and behavioural change amongst the citizens whether at home, school, work and when eat out, also require training. FoSTaC program is to ensure that the above mentioned MANDATORY training programmes are delivered to target groups in food businesses and under SNF umbrella.

FRAC as a Training Partner

• Proper assistance in registration/enrolment on FoSTaC portal for interested candidates. A unique trainee Username and Password is provided to each trainee so that they can access and generate their certificates online on FoSTaC portal independently.
• Arrangement/provision of experienced Master Trainers for imparting training on the required FoSTaC FSS course. Organizing Training of Trainers (ToT) in collaboration with FSSAI.
• A well-equipped seminar room that can easily accommodate 50 people for in-house trainings at our centre located in Dwarka, New Delhi. Provision of Training Venue/centre with adequate infrastructure. Mobilization of our trainers for on-site trainings at the client's centre. In this case, the client has to ensure that all the necessary arrangements are made/given for imparting the training at his venue.
• Conducting trading assessment and uploading the results on the portal mandatorily for generation of certificates.
